Well yeah, I think it’s easier to find a good picture when you have a character in mind. CLAMP for example has several “MILF”s according to your definition, but who are no mothers.

I have forgotten this character’s name though *coughcough* (She looks more like a femme fatale here, and actually she is, but on the other hand, she’s very intelligent and caring, so heh.)

I’ve actually seen the term “MILF” used to refer to characters who look nothing like the typical image of an “older woman”, but match some other aspect of “hotness”, while also being mothers. In this case, the “MILF” term takes on a rather more literal meaning, rather than as an actual classification: the character is the sort the viewer wants to boink anyway, and the motherhood is an incidental fact.
